What time are you open?

We are open from 9:00 to 5:30 M-F. On Saturday, we are open in the morning from 9:30-12:30 during the months of Nov to June

I want to include my logo on my awards. What is you preferred digital format?

We like to use vector formats like .eps, .cdr, .ai or high resolution raster images such as .tif, .jpg, .png, or .bmp with a minimum of 300 dpi. We cannot use .doc, .ppt, .xls, .pub, .wpd. See our Art Requirements page for more information.

Using the highest resolution possible helps us to make sure we are producing the very best product for your important presentation.

What is the normal production time for my order?

Normal production time on most items is 5 working days. If your order is required inside of our normal production time we understand and work hard to do everything possible to rush your order as if it where our own, many times at no additional cost. In some circumstances, there may be a need to add a reasonable rush charge for the most pressing presentations. Custom designed pieces and very large orders can take longer. We will provide a time frame for your custom order prior to production.

How much does engraving or etching cost?

The cost of engraving does depend on the item. There is no charge for punctuation.
Most plaque and plate engraving is .20 cent per letter.
Our glass awards include the first 50 characters then it is .35 cents per letter.
Our acrylic awards include the first 50 characters then .35 cents per letter.
Our medals we can add text on the back for an additional $2.00.
Our traditional and resin trophy pricing includes engraving which is normally 3 lines.

We normally can engrave on personal customer items after viewing the item.

Normal prices for engraving your items are:
Metal and Wood Items; standard charges are $10. set up and .35 cents per letter.
Glass Items; $15 set up per item and .50 cents per letter.

We do not engrave irreplaceable or heirloom items.

Will I be notified when my order is complete?

Yes, with your email address we will send you notification as soon as the order is completed.

Where are you located?

Our showroom is location is 707 NW 13th St. Gainesville, FL. 32601

We are 7 blocks from the UF campus on 13th Street with plenty of free parking.

Do you provide customized promotional products?

Yes, we have a very complete line of promotional products. From our website you can screen your selections by the type of item, budget, color etc. to take you straight to the products that are most suited for you. Once you have selected your items of interest simply click the order button. This will not place your final order but it will sent us all of the information about your selected item so we can review with you the set up charges and minimum quantities so our sales staff can review your potential order.

Do you make name tags and signs?

Yes, we have a very nice selection of name tags and we are known for having just about the best prices you can find anywhere, including magnet backs. Most of our signs are designed for suited for indoor use.

How can I place my order?

Besides visiting our showroom you can place your order online, email, fax or telephone. We do work to avoid taking engraving information on the phone to ovoid the increased risk of error. We keep records or your previous orders for easy retrieval to make your repeat orders a breeze for you to place by email.

Do you have a catalog?

Yes we have a catalog that focuses on corporate awards and a second catalog that focuses on trophies and the rest of our line of products. Please call or email us at sales1@thetrophyshop.com with your address.

What if there is a mistake on my awards?

If there is a mistake or error, you order immediately becomes our top priority. We will even deliver if needed no matter if it is your error or ours. If the error is ours there will be no charge. If the information was given to us in error, we will correct it at a reduced fee.

Can I return any items for a refund?

Because of the personalized nature of awards, most items are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched. In some cases, the engraving plate on a trophy can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We will accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or approved check or purchase order.

How can I establish an open credit account with The Trophy Shop?

Will you sell or otherwise distribute my email address or other information about me?

The Trophy Shop will never willfully sell, trade, rent , disclose, or make available personally identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
