We work in a very flexible and creative environment. We like to think of ourselves as being able to do anything. What if I need to buy awards on a limited budget?
One thing we are the most proud of is the way we do our product selection design work. We are very good at taking creative award concepts and introducing them in designs that make the award look like your organization spent more on the award. Our job is to make everyone look good; the presenter, the recipient, and the organization.
Do you have the ability to do rush orders?
Almost all of our awards are produced or engraved in house which gives us great flexibility to accommodate rush orders when needed. When someone has overlooked an award for an important presentation we apply the same since of urgency to that organization’s order as we would if it were our own personal reputation on the line and it is.
What if I have questions when ordering from the Trophy Shop website?
Our hours are from 9-5:30 M-F and most Saturdays 9:30-12:30. Just give us a call! Also, after hours it is easy to leave a message for a salesperson by phone. You can place your order from our website or just shop ideas and then call, email or come in the store.
Do you keep a record of my order from year to year?
We keep good records of previous orders and this makes repeat orders very easy for our customers. Often repeat orders can be handled by phone, email or fax.
Do you notify me when my order is ready?
Presently as a courtesy, we call when your order is complete. Provide an email when placing your order and we will send an automatic email the moment your order is completed.
Can you reproduce my Logo?
Reproducing logos on awards is something we do everyday. If an engraving process lends itself to your logo better than another, we help direct you to the awards concepts that are most suitable.
What things do you offer besides trophies?
In addition to engravable gift items, we are very involved with professional engraved signs and nametags.
